Strategic Planning Session

Service Description

Planning the ground work, booking talent, equipment rental, staffing, volunteers, set up and marketing are all key elements to a fruitful event. We will looking funding, grant writing, and all aspects of meeting your budget. We will also look at planning stages from up to 12 months out. At the end of these 5 hours we will have put together a successful roadmap to set you on the road to success. The timing doesn't not have to be all in one session, and it is advised to break up into 3 sessions.
